The battery is likely one of the greatest inventions known to man. I like to think of it as a portable lightning bolt that can power anything I want it to. Of course, there are a lot more intricacies to the technology than just that but I still think it remains important to the development of mankind. That being said, DeWalt recently announced the DCB094K which will soon allow people to charge their DeWalt batteries via USB-C otherwise known as USB4 or perhaps USB Type-C. No one really knows the USB naming conventions anymore, but I digress. So, with that be change I thought it was important to talk about how power tools will play into electrification throughout the world as we continue our shift away from fossil fuels!
What is a power tool?
Power tools come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, we could be talking about your average drill or grinder, or we could be talking about a chainsaw or snowblower.
