Why Hybrid Education Should Be The Standard In 2021

Thanks to COVID-19 sweeping across the globe millions of people have been pushed from their workplaces, schools and even recreational areas, all the way back into their home to either quarantine or at least minimize the risk of catching the disease yourself. That leaves the big question, how do we get back to being semi-normal? I’m writing this article to sell you on the idea of hybrid education (though this applies to other scenarios as well!) Here’s how!

Maintain Social Settings

One of the biggest problems with remote work and remote education is the fact that we’re now limiting many social interactions to the screens we’ve all been told to try and break away from whenever possible. By implementing hybrid education models we can still implement remote solutions without relying on them 100% of the time. This will allow more students to learn common methods of communication used across the new remote landscape but will still help establish the needed social skills and knowledge in order to succeed in the real world.

Technology Exposure

Even if you believe that traditional in person education is superior to what hybrid and remote solutions offer, the fact remains that in the current economic environment, it pays dividends to learn how to navigate…
