The 3 Social Media Platforms I Use Daily
Social Media has come a long way in just a short few years. Ushering in the era of what is often referred to as Web 2.0 or just Web2, social media is important on many levels. From changing the way we communicate to the way that we educate, it ultimately changed the very course of human history. With it’s level of importance out of the way, here are the three social media platforms that I use on a daily basis.
People like to talk pretty badly about Facebook, which I completely understand. Between their monopoly on the social media space for a long time to their growing privacy and data issues. Facebook has it’s fair share of problems. However, the main reason I use it is simply because of the fact that everyone uses it. Compare that to something like Instagram or Snapchat, while still wildly popular, they just don’t compete when it comes to the social aspect that Facebook offers. To be blunt, nearly everyone is already on Facebook. That’s the magic people. The fact that Facebook was the default social network for so long makes it one of the most powerful today. I thought about mentioning all the useful tools such as the marketplace or my personal favorite, messenger, but at the end of the day the only thing that matters is that everyone uses it compared to other platforms.
