How #TeamSeas Could Change The World
MrBeast is up to it yet again, since attempting to save the planet with #TeamTrees he’s now moved on to #TeamSeas. #Teamseas is an ocean cleanup initiative attempting to raise money to not only fund multiple land based trash clean ups across the world but is also helping to place multiple trash interceptors created by the non-profit, The Ocean Cleanup in order to have trash clean up become more passive over time. While I’ll encourage you all to check out the website and donate if possible, I think it’s also important to spread the message so that those who can donate can figure out how. So let me explain some key ways #TeamSeas could very well completely change the world.
Health
It’s become more and more known that we’re all eating plastic these days, one way or another plastic is making its way into our food chains. While all the health implications on this haven’t been figured out quite yet, it’s clear that this will create problems over time. Last time I checked, I ordered a fish sandwich with fries, not microplastics. By cleaning up the seas now and ensuring they continue to stay clean well into the future we can not only do ourselves the favor of improving our health but the generations to follow, if you’re a parent that is force feeding your children brussel sprouts, well first off, that’s rude, second you should take ocean clean up seriously…
