How NFC Enabled Devices Will Change The World
Near Field Communication (NFC) is far from a new technology, as a matter of fact the technology that underlies NFC has been around as far back as the 1980s! Talk about some old technology! While yes, it’s not new, I do believe that NFC still has a lot of potential left in the world that we currently reside within. So, while some of what I’m about to share may not sound groundbreaking I suggest you pay attention to some of the nuance rather than the main themes, so let me share with you why I believe NFC enabled devices will change the world!

NFC is already starting to gain a lot of traction in the world of mobile or “contactless” payments. Which is weird because I debatably make more “contact” when using NFC platforms, but I digress. As I mentioned, this technology is already established in some areas, but I suspect that as more and more of the world around us starts to adapt to all of these emerging technologies NFC will play a larger and larger role in our way of life. Partially because of the quality-of-life improvements millions of people are experiencing but also because technology is progressively getting cheaper nearly every month. Now let’s just imagine a world where people no longer have to carry around credit or debit cards anymore. It sounds small but when you start to realize that there are nearly 3 billion credit…
