How Minimalism Can Boost Productivity

Minimalism isn’t quite the hot topic it once was a couple of years ago, even me personally, I prefer using terminology more in line with “mobility” or even “essentialism”. That being said, minimalism still holds a very important place in my heart. As weird as that sounds to some, I thoroughly believe minimalism changed my life in a way that has drastically improved it. Whether we’re talking about financially, mentally or even spiritually, minimalism is a game changer. But one thing I haven’t touched on too much is just how important minimalism is to your productivity. So, let’s see why you need a little less, in order to do a lot more!

Maintenance

No one really enjoys maintenance, I for one would love to never fill up my car with gas or to never get an oil change, the same applies for everything else you have in you. If you have books or decorations laying all over your home, chances are once a month you’ll need to comb through your possessions to make sure you get rid of the inch thick layer of dust. Not only is that gross but it takes time away from things you could be enjoying. Whether you have kids, a cat or just want to watch Netflix, maintaining all your items ultimately takes time away from other things and if things start getting out of control where you need to do…
