Manufacturing is an interesting world to begin with. Depending on what kind of industrial facility you're at you could see millions of pounds of food, millions of electronic devices or maybe even millions of dollars being pumped out and thrust into the wild world of capitalism that we’ve all come to enjoy. It’s certainly fascinating so I thought I’d share with you some interesting points that I’ve learned working in manufacturing for a whopping nine years of my life! So, let’s check it out!

Nothing Is Perfect

I’m sure most of you knew this already but when a product is being made or produce there are almost always some human hands involved in its construction and even when we’re dealing with automation, we should acknowledge that was also installed and setup by a human. Humans are fundamentally not perfect, while we meet perfection every once and awhile never has any human being able to be consistently perfect. The same applies to everything that we produce inside of a manufacturing plant. Some products are a little bit bigger, some smaller, some meet higher quality some are just completely broken and need to be scrapped long before a consumer ever sees them.
