I love the prospect of minimalism, not only do I get to increase my productivity through the act but I also get to enjoy life as a result. It may sound almost counter-intuitive that the less you own the more life you get to live but it’s something I really try to develop. That being said, technology is already playing a big role in how our lives play out. With that said, let’s go over a few things that I believe smartphones will soon replace!

Wallets

This seems to be the most obvious item to be taken over by our ever evolving technology is clearly the average every day wallet. Whether you’re male or female, using credit cards or rewards cards. All of these items are rapidly becoming an integral part of smartphone usage. I only recently started to use my phone as a credit card over the last 12 months and while it hasn’t completely replaced my wallet quite yet I do expect over the next couple of years it will. Coupling credit cards with the roll out of digital ID’s I think we’ll start to see a huge shift very soon once national and regional governments start to participate in the adoption!

Events

That’s right ladies and gentlemen, gone will the days of buying tickets to Coachella that are overly expensive and instead you’ll be able to buy a cheap virtual attendee…

The elements compose a magnum opus. My modus operandi is amalgam.
