3 Things I Learned From Uncharted On Playstation

Uncharted was actually the first game I played on my Playstation 3 all those years back, and boy was it an adventure! I never really understood how good graphics on the Playstation 3 were until I played Drake’s Fortune, and let’s not forget my jaw hitting the floor when I booted up the sequel a few months later! Here are three things I’ve learned from my adventures with Nathan Drake!

Sic Parvis Magna

The inscription that can be found on Nathan Drake’s ring means “Greatness from small beginnings” in Latin. In a blunt way, we can interpret this as not needing to come from grandiose backgrounds or privileges in order to leave a mark on the world. No matter how small you feel today, or how low you appear to be in the grand scheme of things, keep chasing your dreams and reach that level of greatness that you desire.

Take Notes

Mentally, Pen and paper, or my personal favorite, on my phone. Nathan Drake had a dedicated journal full of all sorts of doodles and thoughts he’s had when he was either reading history textbooks or exploring the lost cities around the world.
