3 Takeaways From The 2022 Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix

The Monaco Grand Prix has to be one of the strangest events in the world of Formula 1, while it is indeed one of the most traditional races within the calendar it’s also considered one that has offered very little towards the sport itself. This is primarily due to the fact that it generally produces pretty boring races overall. While the 2022 Grand Prix certainly had some highlights, it is still very much so the same Monaco Grand Prix that we’ve all seen before. So, before I keep blabbing on, let’s talk about my 3 takeaways from the 2022 Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix!

Mercedes’ Plays Dribble

That’s a basketball joke due in part to Lando Norris’ special Miami helmet, but I digress. The fact is, while the race in Barcelona just a week ago showed some major enthusiasm inside of the Mercedes garage it’s clear to see that their problems aren’t quite over yet. Thanks to the Monaco track containing a lot of bumps and bruises on the course itself both Lewis Hamilton and George Russell were see bouncing all over the place during both qualifying and the actual race. Now before you start shooting down all hopes of a competitive Mercedes team this year, realize this first.
