3 Reasons We Should Be Looking For Hybrid Work Instead Of Remote Work

The working landscape is changing, and it’s changing rapidly. Long before COVID-19 ever even existed in our minds we had individuals working from home with their laptops and phones. As millennials continue to enter into the workforce we’re demanding more opportunities for a strong work life balance, the fact is, most of my generation has very little interest in ruling over a giant corporation one day, they’d much rather make a livable wage and enjoy their life. But when it comes down to discussing this idea there are some solutions that are at odds with each, remote and hybrid work models are popular words these days. I’m here to tell you that hybrid models are better, and here is why.

Maintains A Social Society

I can’t even count how many human interactions I’ve made at the work place, some of them are great life long relationships I still enjoy, some not so much. The fact is, humans are social creatures, we’ve always gravitated towards each other over our existence. From tribes, to villages now cities and suburbs, we have a sense of joy when we can see other people and talk to other people. Hybrid work allows for these relationships to continue to strive, perhaps at a lessoned rate but still frequently enough that it is unlikely to have an impact on our mental health. Working…
