3 Reasons Ford Needs To Bring Cars Back To The U.S.
Ford made the decision back in 2018 to stop producing and therefore selling passenger cars in the United States due to their primary audience buying their larger and more utilitarian truck line up. The only remaining car Ford sells in the United States is of course the Ford Mustang. Now, this article is strictly coming from a consumer and a long time fan of the brand, I don’t have any insider knowledge and to be honest, I haven’t even looked at sales data. I want Ford to bring back at minimum two of their cars and here is why!
Fuel Economy
I don’t care if you’re a billionaire playboy or jobless living out of your sprinter fan, people prefer a vehicle that has good gas mileage or high electrical efficiency (For you EV fans out there). Partly because of the financial burden that comes with owning a gas guzzling car, partly because the more time you spend having to fill up your gas tank the less time you get to actually enjoy driving your car or just enjoying life in general. On top of all that, it’s becoming a well known fact that the more fuel you consume the more harm you create for the environment. Not just for your local environment due to the reduced air quality but also you damage the global environment by producing more excessive green house gases.
