Reading may not be the dopamine spiking activ ity you’re easily affixed to but that’s ok! You don’t have to entire library to immediately benefit from reading. Here is a quick list of some benefits from reading books every day! Even if it’s just 1 or 2 pages, you’ll see these benefits immediately

1. I Can Learn Anything

This is super cool to me and constantly blows my mind. Yeah it’s not specific to reading because we all have the internet at our finger tips these days but reading is still one of the best ways to learn new things. Interested in Japanese history? Go get a book. Interested in learning how to invest? Buy a book all about Bitcoin! The ideas are limitless, the moral of the story is that if you’re interested in something, no matter how niche it may seem there is likely a book about it. Go pick it up!

2. Builds Patience

This has likely to be one of my biggest weaknesses in life. I’m not patient at all and while reading isn’t gonna turn you so mellow that you no longer care about getting things done in a timely pace. It will allow you to take a step back and really acknowledge that a lot of your inpatient stress…
